Meet
Our Pastry Chef, Lisa Teti
As
our Pastry Chef here at Simone's Bakery, Lisa Teti has more
than 6 years of experience designing custom cakes. Prior to
joining our team, Lisa lived in West Palm Beach, Florida,
where she specialized in desserts as the Assistant Pastry
Chef for the world-renown Breakers Company.
Lisa
received her associate’s degree in Pastry Arts from Pennsylvania
Culinary Institute/Le Cordon Bleu in 2003. Upon graduation,
she participated in an externship at Grand Geneva Resort and
Spa in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin where she was promoted to Pastry
Sous Chef and oversaw three restaurants on the property. Lisa
is very excited to be sharing her passion and talent with
community.
